The Overlook

We were able to spend a few sessions at the Overlook this summer which was especially fun for Kara and I! We both were able to redpoint Heimi and Reconciliation this summer and it was a blast!
Kara working out the moves on Reconciliation.
Me enjoying the bouldery moves of the route!

Casey is awesome and hung the draws for us every session.
I love this guy!

Heimi. Perfect pockets! Loved it!

I wish that we'd had time for a few more sessions but I guess it's good to have something to look forward to going back to! Casey and I have now moved to the Salt Lake valley. We are enjoying the new environment and we're hoping it will cool down soon so we can get outside!

Attention World!

About an hour up Cedar Mountain lies a crag we have come to love. It is The Overlook. Here are a few reasons why:
1. It is beautiful.
2. It is close.
3. The temps are great when it is too warm elsewhere.
4. Fun climbs.
5. Did I mention it is beautiful?
6. (and most important!) Ali the machine Adair has been tearing it up!!

Here are a few (or more) pics to document it all. Enjoy.
What did I tell you? Gorgeous!

Ali on her second go of Angst 5.12a.
 Scary feet!! :)

Redpoint!! Wahoo! Way to go Ali! a.m.a.z.i.n.g.
