I am in love with summer vacation!! Our lack of posting has been due in small part to the fact that we don't have a computer at home now, but mostly because we have busy playing like there's no tomorrow!
I finished my first year of teaching (yahoo!!) and we have been traveling pretty much every week since then. The day after school got out Casey and I went to Flagstaff, AZ to climb at the Priest Draw. The next week we went to SLC to climb at Little Cottonwood with the Rigbys. A week after that we went on family vacation with the Webb's to City of Rocks, Idaho. And finally, last week we went with the LeFevre's to Yellowstone. Oh yeah, and we moved somewhere in there. Needless to say, we have TONS of pictures. Too many for one post. But we've got to start somewhere so let's rewind to May...even before I got out of school. Wow, we got so behind on this posting thing.
The first week of May we were in Cedar City with family for my graduation so spent a quick evening session up the canyon at the Cedar Slide boulder with my little brother Cameron and our brother-in-law Matt.Casey climbed Chain Gang V8 and Matt climbed Open for Business V7. Did I mention this was a very short session? Like an hour. Pretty impressive if you ask me.
A week or two later Casey spent 4 or 5 days at Ibex working on his senior project and climbing. Obviously I am not remembering details. I was busy finishing up the school year at home so don't blame me for the lack of pictures. Casey did manage to get a few nice shots of Zach.
